Marketing Mosaic: Loyalty Diversity in India

India’s exciting growth explains why we included it in the 2011 COLLOQUY Cross-Cultural Loyalty Study, a study of consumer attitudes and behaviours toward loyalty that focuses on India, China, Brazil, Canada, Australia and the U.S. Our findings in India, explored in this paper, indicate high consumer optimism and trust, an appreciation for luxury and recognition, and differing perspectives among age and socio-economic class (SEC) that have important ramifications for loyalty practitioners.
