Kelly is a featured presenter at many industry conferences and has taught loyalty workshops and webinars around the world. She previously launched and managed COLLOQUY’s strategic consultancy, working with clients such as Lennar Homes, MGM MIRAGE, Eddie Bauer, Best Buy, HP Software and Visa International.
